This upper level event space is 2,720 sq. ft. and is the perfect setting for a seminar, corporate meeting or social event. The Edgewater Ballroom also includes an additional 943 sq. ft. of pre-function space that can be used for registration, vendors or cocktail hour.

Creekside Ballroom

This 2,633 sq. ft. space is the perfect setting for a seminar, corporate meeting or social event. The lower level location provides privacy and your guests will be wowed by the dramatic chandelier leading to an additional 1,194 sq. ft. of pre-function space that can be used for registration, vendors or cocktail hour.

Homewood Suites

Sunbury Boardroom

The Sunbury Boardroom is the perfect space for corporate meetings. This 501 sq. ft. room can also be combined with our Sycamore Meeting Room for a total of 1,135 sq. ft. or used as an office or breakout space.

Sycamore Meeting Room

The Sycamore Meeting Room is the perfect space for corporate meeting or social celebrations. This 634 sq. ft. room can also be combined with our Sunbury Boardroom for a total of 1,135 sq. ft. Additionally, the Sycamore includes 270 sq. ft. of pre-function space that is ideal for registration or welcome station.
