    • Tax and Gratuity do not go towards the minimum balance
    • Food and Beverage minimum includes banquet food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
    • A 22% service charge and 6% tax will be added to all food and beverage
    • $750.00 Non-Refundable Prepayment due with signed contract
    • 100% of final payment is due three days prior to your event along with your final count
    • $75 bar set up fee for five hours. Additional hours are $25
    • Ballroom is available until midnight
    • Glitter, confetti, rice and birdseed are not allowed in the private event rooms or at the exterior of the building
    • Final details of your event are to be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: What are the final meal charges based upon?

    A: The final food charges will be based upon your final guest count OR the actual number of people, whichever is greater. Guaranteed numbers are due three business days prior to your event. This includes guaranteed number of Adult meals, Children’s meals, and Special Menu meals. The guarantee may not be lowered once it is submitted. No menu changes can be made within one week of your reception.

    Q: Is there a room rental/ setup fee?

    A: No. However, there are Food and Beverage minimums that must be met. Minimums may vary, depending on room size, holidays, etc. The minimums include bar totals as well. Any private event not meeting the minimum is responsible for paying the difference as defined by the food minimum.

    Q: When do we determine the final details for the reception?

    A: Final detail will need to be determined approximately one month prior to your event.

    Q: When should I set-up a room block for my out-of town guests?
    *Number of blocked rooms and rate is based on availability at time of booking*

    A: Most wedding receptions block 10-20 sleeping rooms for the night of the reception (blocking approximately half that number for the night before). The Bride & Groom have no financial obligation for any rooms not booked. The room block will be released from our system 4 weeks before the reception, so be sure guests call in time to reserve a room. All wedding receptions include a complimentary Junior King Suite room for the Bride & Groom on the night of the reception. The hotel will attempt to accommodate all guest room requests. Please understand that decisions are based upon occupancy of the hotel and some requests may not be met.
