Pete’s calling has always been in the kitchen. With 22 years of culinary experience, he has had remarkable opportunities. He designed individual desserts for a private country club, catered groups up to 15,000 people at one of the nation’s largest convention centers, worked as the executive chef at a minor league baseball stadium – that’s the equivalent of running three off-site caterings daily. Pete has worked as a Sous Chef, prep cook, line cook and everything in between.

After spending years moving up the ranks, Pete is currently Executive Chef at Johnny’s. He says his biggest culinary challenge is cooking at home for his wife and four kids!
